4 arrested for DWI and other reports

Police arrested Thomas Gerard Lammers, 59, for fourth-degree DWI after a traffic stop at 11:31 p.m. Friday near the intersection of 740th Avenue and 270th Street in Clarks Grove. 

Police cited Hsa Mee Dae, 43, for DWI, driving after revocation and failure to obey a traffic signal after a traffic stop at 9:19 p.m. Friday at 822 S. Broadway. 

Police arrested Lezeric Devon Fraley, 34, for third-degree DWI after a traffic stop at 2:07 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of East Front Street and South Newton Avenue.

Police arrested Erik John Hareid, 23, for DWI after a traffic stop at 9:19 a.m. Sunday at Bridge Avenue and Pilot Street. 

 

Theft by fraud reported

Deputies received a report of theft by fraud at 10:10 a.m. Friday on 640th Avenue in Alden. Someone had reportedly set up an account in the individual’s name in 2023.  

 

1 arrested on A&D hold

Police arrested Ramiro Valles Jr. on an arrest and detain hold at 11:25 a.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police arrested Jessie Bolinger, 33, on an arrest and detain hold for a reported probation violation at 12:24 a.m. Sunday at 1419 E. Main St. 

 

Man arrested for domestic, criminal damage

Deputies arrested Adrial Benjamin Mendez, 32, for felony domestic and first-degree criminal damage after receiving a report of a woman being abused in a car and a male in the vehicle breaking windows at 2:04 a.m. Saturday near Lake Chapeau Drive and West Main Street. 

 

1 cited for disorderly conduct

Deputies cited Tracy Lee Sunde, 47, for disorderly conduct at 10:07 p.m. Saturday at 28356 890th Ave. in Austin. 

 

Mailboxes reported damaged

Several mailboxes were reported damaged or missing south of 450 S. Center Ave. in Glenville at 7:34 a.m. Sunday.

 

Damage, thefts reported

Truck bed covers were reported slashed on multiple pickups Sunday morning at 10858 U.S. Highway 69 in Emmons. Some items were missing from a few of the trucks. 

 

Hit-and-run crashes reported

A hit-and-run crash was reported at 9:23 a.m. Friday at 820 E. 13th St. 

Police received a report of a hit-and-run at 3:48 p.m. Sunday that was believed to have happened overnight at 1509 Edina Ave. 

 

Damage reported to property

Property was reported damaged at 1:09 p.m. Friday at 302 E. Seventh St. 

 

1 turns self in on a warrant

Angel Antonio Gonzalez, 36, reportedly turned himself in on a warrant at 8:29 p.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway.

 

Shoplifters reported

Police received a report at 4:20 p.m. Saturday of shoplifting that had occurred the day before at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. 

Police trespassed one individual who was reportedly caught shoplifting at 9:18 p.m. Saturday at 2717 Bridge Av. The man was trespassed from Hy-Vee, Hy-Vee Liquor, Hy-Vee Gas and Caribou.

 

Thefts reported

A table was reported stolen from a deck at 6:20 E. Third St. 

A Smith and Wesson 9mm handgun was reported stolen at 11:26 a.m. Sunday at 918 Valley Ave. 

Three packages were reported stolen from a house at 7:54 p.m. Sunday at 806 John Ferry Place.
