Come to Bolan Sept. 21 for a day filled with vendors, food, music and learning.
Bolan Schoolhouse and Cultural Center will host a pancake breakfast from 8 to 10:30 a.m. for a free will donation.
There will be a bicycle ride with registration starting at 8:30 a.m. and departure at 9 a.m. There will be a variety of different mile options
The UWF will host a bazaar and vendors from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.. There will be a bake sale, produce, crafts, white elephant sales and more. Music will be provided by Sam Crosser of Osage from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Bolan community pie and ice cream will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m..
The UWF will have a lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with scalloped potatoes and ham, coleslaw, fresh baked bread and homemade jam. The site is handicap accessible and take outs will be available.
The Orphan Train program will begin at 1 p.m. at Barton No. 2 School upper level. It will be presented by Dennis Wilson of Mason City, a retired Candian Pacific railroad conductor.
