A new fall session is on tap for the Albert Lea Community Band. It all begins on Sept. 24, from 7 to 8:45 p.m. at the Southwest Middle School band room. Rehearsals will continue each Tuesday evening through the beginning of November. (Concerts are currently being scheduled.) No auditions are needed and there are no fees to join the band. Traditional band instrument musicians that are able to play at a basic high school level and beyond are invited to join.
