A vehicle was reported stolen at 10:49 a.m. Thursday at 1022 S. Newton Ave. The theft occurred sometime between 8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday morning at about 10 a.m.

Police arrested Donald Lewis Fort, 40, after receiving a report of a suspicious person at 4:24 a.m. Thursday at 79464 113th St. in Glenville. It is unclear what the arrest was for.

Police arrested Ethyn Joseph Tindal, 22, on a Mower County sign and release warrant at 2:48 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police received a report at 2 a.m. Thursday of an individual who was in the emergency room who had been attacked in his garage.

Police cited a juvenile for fifth-degree possession at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

 

Theft by fraud reported

Police received a report at 8:52 a.m. Thursday of theft by fraud at 1902 E. Main St. Someone was reportedly using a stolen credit card to purchase parts.

 

Juvenile cited for e-cigarette

Police cited one juvenile for possession of an e-cigarette on school property at 9:38 a.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

 

Packages reported stolen

Police received a report at 11:224 a.m. Thursday of packages that were stolen at 800 S. Fourth Ave. S.

 

1 arrested for violation

Police arrested Daniel Edward Shaw, 37, after receiving a report at 1:30 p.m. Thursday of an order for protection violation at 202 Charlotte Ave.
