An Iowa woman was injured Sunday afternoon when her vehicle went off the road and crashed on Interstate 35 south of Albert Lea.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Denaya Shirlynn Clayborn, 42, of Des Moines was taken by ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea for injuries deemed not life-threatening.

The crash report stated Clayborn was driving a 2016 Chevy Malibu when the crash occurred at 3:29 p.m.

Clayborn was listed as wearing her seat belt, and alcohol was not a factor.

Glenville Fire Department and Mayo Ambulance assisted.
