Deputies arrested Camren Michael Cunningham, 19, on an arrest and detain hold at 11:14 a.m. Tuesday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police received a report at 7:40 a.m. Tuesday of windows that were broken out at 807 E. Ninth St. The caller requested a welfare check.

Police received a report at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday of a hit-and-run crash at 2430 Bridge Ave. The incident happened at about 3:55 p.m.
