A water tanker was reported stolen at 11:51 a.m. Monday at 100 North Star Road in Alden. The theft occurred the night before at about 12:23 a.m.

Threats reported

Deputies received a report at 5:43 p.m. Monday of two males who reportedly came onto a property at 86870 230th St. in Oakland and threatened a person with a knife. The individuals ripped three marijuana plants out of the ground. A report was made at 10:50 p.m. that the males were back and took his five remaining marijuana plants.

1 arrested for DWI

Police arrested Maiu Smith, 24, for third-degree driving while intoxicated, .08 within two hours, and no Minnesota driver’s license. after a traffic stop at 12:43 a.m. Monday near Blake Avenue and U.S. Highway 65.

Stop arm violation reported

A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 11:12 a.m. Monday at 408 S. First Ave. The violation reportedly occurred at about 7:22 a.m.

Police arrested Matthew Clark Rankin, 36, on an arrest and detain hold at 11:14 a.m. Monday at 940 Jefferson Ave.
Police arrested Pu Eh Htoo, 24, on an A&D hold at 12:05 p.m. Monday at 504 Edgewood Ave.
