Police arrested William Frederick Seekins, 39, for terroristic threats and second-degree assault after receiving a report at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday of a male swinging a knife, chasing people and yelling at drivers at 820 Happy Trails Lane.
1 arrested on local warrant
Police arrested Bernardeno Hugo Teran-Cortes, 41, on a local warrant at 8:28 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.
1 arrested for domestic assault
Police arrested Wyatt Gregory Reed, 22, for domestic assault at 7:05 a.m. Wednesday at 1328 St. John Ave.
Tires slashed on vehicle
Tires were reported slashed on a vehicle at 1:24 p.m. Wednesday at 2200 Riverland Drive.
Damage reported
Police received a report at 1:53 p.m. Wednesday of a truck with long poles attached that took down at least two power lines on West Clark Street.
Thefts reported
Police received a report at 9:09 a.m. Wednesday of a bike that was stolen at 1000 E. Hawthorne St. the day before at about 1:10 a.m.
A phone was reported stolen at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday at 1729 W. Main St.
A Harley-Davidson jacket was reported stolen at 4:53 p.m. Wednesday at 421 1/2 W. College St.
1 arrested for domestic assault
Police arrested Isaul R. Rios, 27, for domestic assault-cause fear at 6:19 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.
Mail reported stolen, items missing
Police received a report at 10:52 a.m. Thursday that mail was stolen and items were missing from a vehicle at 1501 Seath Drive.
Juvenile cited for e-cigarette
Police cited one juvenile for possession of an e-cigarette device on school property at 12:15 p.m. Thursday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
Shoplifter reported
Police received a report at 11:53 p.m. Thursday of a shoplifter at 2751 E. Main St. The individual was trespassed from the store and the merchandise was returned.
