Big prize includes new set of tires from Hanson Tire

With the holiday season right around the corner, the Albert Lea Tribune, in partnership with Hanson Tire, will start an online contest that begins Friday and runs through Dec. 18.

Called the 12 Gifts of Christmas, the contest gives people the chance to win one of 12 prizes, totaling $1,800 in value.

To enter the sweepstakes, visit www.albertleatribune.com/contests/ once per day for a chance to win. In addition, each entry will be entered into a national sweepstakes to earn mortgage or rent payments for a year.

Twelve random winners will be selected from all of the entries on Dec. 20.

“The Albert Lea Tribune and Hanson Tire are thrilled to present some fantastic gifts in the spirit of generosity this holiday season,” said Tribune Publisher Crystal Miller.

Prizes include a set of new tires from Hanson Tire, valued at $750, and two sets of vouchers for dinner and a show for two to Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, each valued at $220.

The Tribune will also give away two one-year print subscriptions, valued at $110 each; two six-month subscriptions, valued at $55 each; three one-year digital subscriptions, valued at $72 each; and two Albert Lea-opoly board games valued at $32 each.

“If you’ve never tried out the contest page on our website, we encourage you to give it a try and spread the word to your friends and family,” Miller said.

The 12 Gifts of Christmas is one of several sweepstakes conducted by the Tribune throughout the year. The newspaper also conducts monthly contests with prizes from local businesses.
