Police arrested Kimberly Anne Bonilla, 42, for first-degree driving while intoxicated after receiving a report of an intoxicated driver at 3:55 p.m. Friday at 906 W. Front St.
Police arrested Robert William Finch, 42, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 10:06 p.m. Friday at South Broadway and East Main Street. A blood draw was completed with a search warrant.
Police arrested Eleazar Contreras, 23, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and fifth-degree possession after a traffic stop at 3:24 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of East Fifth Street and South Broadway.
3 arrested on warrants
Deputies arrested Cory Craig Bailey, 41, on Houston and Winona county warrants after a traffic stop at 2:47 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 35 near milepost 14.
Deputies arrested Nixon Yang, 42, on an Anoka County warrant after a traffic stop at 10:55 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 35 near milepost 20. He was also cited for driving after revocation.
Police arrested Tamera Lynn McLaughlin, 57, on a Mower County warrant after a traffic stop at 11:14 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 90 near milepost 157 after receiving a report of a vehicle going eastbound in the westbound lane.
Juvenile cited for e-cigarette
Police cited one juvenile for possession of an e-cigarette device on school property at 8:39 a.m. Friday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
Identity theft reported
Police received a report at noon Friday in the Law Enforcement Center of an individual who had received a letter stating someone had tried to apply for unemployment under his name.
Thefts reported
Police received a report of a theft totaling about $460 at 5:29 p.m. Friday at 2708 Bridge Ave.
A Dewalt impact driver was reported stolen at 7:10 p.m. Friday at 1721 W. Main St.
A red and white tricycle and a yellow and blue play grocery cart were reported stolen out of the front yard at 4:21 p.m. Sunday at 424 E. Seventh St.
Assault reported
Police cited Amanda Sue Evans, 46, for fifth-degree assault after a reported fight at 1:48 a.m. Sunday at 1318 E. Main St.
