HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Council of the City of Emmons will hold a public hearing on December 9, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 219 Main Street, Emmons, Minnesota. The purpose of the public hearing is to hear from the public, discuss, and consider taking action to amend the City’s Zoning Ordinance regarding the regulation of cannabis and hemp businesses and the public use of cannabis and hemp products in the City. A copy of the ordinance can be obtained by contacting the City Clerk. Interested persons are encouraged to attend the hearing.
