Dear Hawthorne School administration, teachers and students,

Thank you to all of you for the program you presented us veterans today. The singing of our national anthem, the thank yous from students and especially the handshakes and fist bumps. It was sure nice and meaningful to all of us. As veterans we each gave part of our lives so we, as Americans, can live with all the freedoms we enjoy.
