Deputies arrested Marshal Lee Marcum, 21, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, domestic assault and order for protection violation after receiving a report at 2:53 a.m. Monday of a male who was intoxicated who had stolen a car and left a residence on 255th Street in Albert Lea.

Deputies arrested Leonel Moya Jr., 39, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after receiving a careless driving complaint at 4:42 p.m. Monday near the intersection of 757th Avenue and 250th Street in Clarks Grove. The same vehicle was believed to have been involved in a hit-and-run crash and careless driving complaint in Albert Lea Monday afternoon.

Deputies arrested Adam Edward Sorum, 37, for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety after a traffic stop at 12:42 a.m. Monday at 2808 Bridge Ave.

A building was reported broken into at 12:50 p.m. Monday at 323 Johnson St. in Hartland.

 

House fire reported

A house was reported engulfed in flames at 1:22 a.m. Tuesday at 201 Park St. in Freeborn.

 

Storage unit doors smashed in

Doors were reported smashed in on storage units at 7:04 a.m. Tuesday at 401 Pilot St.

 

Man arrested for EOD warrant

Police arrested Dale John Dziura, 30, on an EOD warrant at 12:25 p.m. Monday at 2222 E. Main St.

 

Storage unit broken into

Police received a report at 12:44 p.m. Monday of a storage unit that had been broken into sometime between October and Monday at 401 Pilot St.

 

1 arrested for driving after revocation

Police cited Cory Craig Bailey, 42, for driving after revocation at 5:27 p.m. Monday at 1550 Blake Ave.
