Police cited one juvenile for possession of marijuana on school property at 12:04 p.m. Tuesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

 

School bus and car crashes reported 

A school bus and vehicle collided at 3:39 p.m. Tuesday at South First Avenue and West Main Street. One student was on board, and there were no injuries.

Deputies received a report of a school bus and car that crashed at 3:25 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of North Star Road and South Broadway in Alden. No injuries were reported.

A package was reported stolen from the front door of a home at 314 Lakeview Boulevard at 7:19 p.m. Tuesday.

Theft by fraud reported

Police received a report of theft by fraud at 12:34 p.m. Wednesday on Wedgewood Drive. A person reportedly fraudulently used an Albert Lea person’s information to order a pair of shoes.

Police arrested Cheryl Denise Racine Hernandez, 34, after receiving a trespassing complaint at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday at 2214 E. Main St.
