Here is a dictionary definition of fascism:
“A system of government that exercises a dictatorship of the extreme right, typically through the merging of state and business leadership together with belligerent nationalism.”
Dr. Rachel Bitecofer, political scientist, reports:
“My four-year study into totalitarianism generally, and fascism specifically, has taught me two valuable lessons. The first is that the common thread among democracies that collapse into dictatorship is that no one panicked until the threat was already in power and it was too late. That is why I have continued to pound my Paul Revere-style ‘the fascists are coming!’ campaign.
The second thing I learned is that the constitution/law can only protect you if all parties agree to adhere to it. All you need to end democracy is a leader willing to suspend or end the Constitution and a supporting cast large enough to allow him to do it. Republicans have both.”
Trump is only the enforcer of the fascist policies set out in great detail by the right-wing billionaire oligarch’s Project 2025 manifesto. Media Matters webpage created a guide for us to witness this manifesto as being in violation of the United States Constitution. The Constitution does not allow any of the violent acts of project 2025, including a declaration of dictatorship.
Here is an historical account of genocidal removal of indigenous people as written by Pekka Hamalainen’s in his book “Indigenous Continent”:
“Davy Crockett denounced the 1830 Indian Removal Act as ‘oppression with a vengeance,’ and the humanitarian Edward Everett warned President Jackson that ‘the evil, Sir is enormous; the violence is extreme; the breach of public faith deplorable; the inevitable suffering incalculable … [the President] ordered the army to march fifteen thousand resisting Cherokees to the Indian Territory … four thousand may have died of diseases, exposure and polluted drinking water on their Trail of Tears.”
The Project 2025 unconstitutional acts set out to remove any humans living in America is just as deplorable as the Cherokee nations Trail of Tears removal.
Any violent terrorist attacks against immigrants by any of these fascists is an attack on all of us humans living in America. Apply the Constitution to end these terrorist attacks.
One other thing to report. Just recently, the fascist leader of Hungary, Victor Orban, Elon Musk and Donald Trump together at Mar-a-Lago, called Putin, where the four of them had a long conversation. How is this not giving aid and comfort to our Russian enemies?
