Police arrested Dietrich Joe Clark Robinson, 21, for driving after suspension, motor vehicle theft and tampering with a motor vehicle after receiving a report of a stolen car at 6:05 a.m. Thursday at 629 Water St. 

 

Theft by fraud reported

Police received a report at 8:27 a.m. Tuesday of a debit card that was reported fraudulently used at Taco Bell in Albert Lea. 

 

Locks cut on storage units

Locks were reported cut off of two storage units at 1:07 p.m. Tuesday at 310 W. Seventh St. Items were taken. 

 

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Acsel Yasmani Sequeira Guzman, 30, on a Scott County warrant at 8:24 p.m. Tuesday at 718 Water St. 

 

1 cited for disorderly conduct

Police cited Bashir Mohamud Abu, 28, for disorderly conduct and trespassed him from Burger King after receiving a report at 2:41 p.m. Thursday of a male who was kicked off of a Jefferson bus and who was verbal toward an employee and who then allegedly tried to hit an employee at 2011 E. Main St. 

 

1 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Nicholas Joseph Flores, 34, for domestic assault at 8:42 p.m. Thursday at 902 Luther Place. 

 

Mirror damaged

A driver’s side mirror was reported damaged on a vehicle at 9:59 p.m. Thursday at Albert Lea City Arena, 701 Lake Chapeau Drive.
