Mankato East swept the Albert Lea softball team Tuesday in Mankato with a 10-0, six-inning victory and a 9-2 victory.

The Tigers tallied just seven hits in the two games and were held hitless until the sixth inning in the second game.

The Cougars jumped out to early leads in both games. Mankato East held a 6-0 lead after the first inning in the first game and took a 5-0 lead after the second inning in the second game.

Albert Lea senior Lauren Klick went 2-for-3 in the first game.
