Leona Babey Taylor of Senior Court celebrated her 90th birthday with a family dinner at St. Paul’s Lutheran Fellowship Hall in Hollandale on Sept. 28.

Her daughter Jo Ann Lehman came from Newton, N.C. Other relatives are Irene Wagner, Portsmouth, Va., daughters, Dr. Sandra Wagner of Alexandria; and Sharon Renner of Eastern Shore, Va.; Carlos and Lillian Taylor of Marshalltown, Iowa; Alice and Garold Pepperling, Julia Slegh Robert and Kathy Slegh and family, all from Hollandale; Patsy Slegh from Sauk Centre; Daryl, Judith and Eric Slegh of Andover; and David and Rachel Slegh of Minneapolis. Also Lorraine Babey, Sue Babey and Brian and Jackie Babey of Minneapolis; Jason, Jil and Rylie Slegh from Lansing; Jack and Anita Bena from Moscow; and Barb and Bill Orcutt from Austin.

A morning service was celebrated by Julie Schieck of Waltham singing “Beautiful Savior” in honor of Leona. The Rev. Jeffrey Kuddles of Waltham is the pastor of St. Paul’s.
