Motorcyclist in fair condition

Johnathon Slegh, 21, of Hollandale, is listed in fair condition today at a Rochester hospital, according to a Mayo Clinic spokeswoman.
He was injured when his motorcycle went off a curve on Freeborn County Road 20 (the Bath Road) and into a corn field northwest of Albert Lea at 5:10 p.m. Sunday. a report from the Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office said Slegh was airlifted from the scene and taken to Rochester for treatment of his injuries.
Bullet hole reported in Shopper window
A bullet hole was reported in one of the windows of the Freeborn County Shopper building on 110 W. Pearl St. at 10:24 a.m. Monday, according to police reports.
Damage reported to vehicle
Damage was reported to a vehicle on the 1300 block of Academy Avenue at 3:09 p.m. Monday, reports stated. The damage, which included several scratches to the hood, reportedly took place sometime Sunday night.
Man arrested
for DWI
Albert Lea police arrested Travis Allen Fiebelkorn, 19, for fourth-degree DWI, open bottle and minor consumption at 3:55 p.m. Monday after he reportedly passed a school bus as kids were in the roadway and almost went into ditch near the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Hoeger Lane, according to reports. Police found Fiebelkorn in the parking lot of the Good Samaritan Society of Albert Lea.
Horse reported grazed by bullet
The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a horse that had a bullet graze across its back at 725th Avenue in Albert Lea at 7:42 a.m. Monday, according to reports.
Men cited for disorderly conduct
Christopher John Olson, 33, and Timothy James Miller, 49, were cited for disorderly conduct after police received a call of a fight at the apartments at 208 W. College St. at 4:18 p.m. Monday, reports stated.
