After school problems found

Albert Lea police officers are investigating two incidents occurring Wednesday afternoon involving student safety.

At 3:15 p.m. two vehicles went past crossing guards on Abbott Street near Lakeview School. In both cases, the license plate numbers on both vehicles were obtained.

At 3:48 p.m. a 9-year-old and a 10-year-old were attacked by a dog as they got off a bus on Ridge Road.

Were the farm’s cattle rustled?

Freeborn County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a report that 25 head of cattle have been stolen since June 12 from a farm located in the northeast corner of Freeborn County near Blooming Prairie.
