More cars written on with chalk

Additional vehicles were reported written on with window chalk on Monday, according to police reports.
About 30 vehicles at Shady Oaks, 800 S. Fourth Ave., were reported written on at 6:11 a.m. Monday.
A Charter work truck was reported written on at 7:45 a.m. Monday at 109 N. Third Ave., according to reports.
Three vehicles at 443 Lakeview Boulevard were reported written on with chalk at 9:52 a.m. Monday, reports state.
Two vehicles at 911 Autumn St. were reported written on with chalk at 11:31 a.m. Monday, according to reports.
Man arrested for DWI
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Rodney Lee King for first-degree driving while intoxicated, speeding, no insurance, reckless driving and no Minnesota driver’s license after a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 69 near the intersection with 160th Street at 10:54 p.m. Monday, according to reports.
Purse stolen
A purse was reported stolen from the city pool on James Avenue at 5:25 p.m. Monday, according to reports. A phone, debit card and cash were reportedly in the purse.
