Errors add up in USC softball loss

Five errors contributed to a 10-4 loss for the United South Central softball team Tuesday against Blooming Prairie in Wells.
Rebels starter Ali Ramsley got tagged for 13 hits and 10 runs, but just four of those runs were earned.
After spotting the Blossoms a 4-0 lead, USC rallied in the fifth to tie the game, but Blooming Prairie added three runs in the sixth and seventh for the victory.
An error in the sixth cost the Rebels one run and an error in the seventh cost them two runs.
Tayla Sunde went 3-for-4 with an RBI and Ramsley hit a three-run double in the fifth.
