The Albert Lea High School weight room will be open from 5-6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:15 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday for any student entering grades 8-12.

Speed and agility will be done from 8:30-9:15 a.m.

The cost is $30 with checks payable to the ALHS Athletic Department.
