5 arrested for drunken driving

A juvenile was arrested for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at midnight Saturday on Highland Avenue, according to reports.
Police arrested Cody Richard Moyer for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop near the intersection of South Broadway Avenue and East Third Street at 2:05 a.m. Saturday, according to reports.
Police arrested Layne Gorden Hagen for third-degree driving while intoxicated and second-degree test refusal after a traffic stop at 10:57 p.m. Saturday at 505 E. Hawthorne St., according to reports.
Police arrested Stephon Creshawn Carpenter for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 7:23 a.m. Sunday at the Northpark plaza in Albert Lea, according to reports. Also cited was James Daniel Willams for underage consumption.
Police arrested Aleshia Rae Adams for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 2:15 a.m. today at 2301 E. Main St., reports stated.
Multiple underage consumption arrests made
Police arrested Joshua Richard Kelly, 18, for underage drinking and driving and underage consumption after a traffic stop at 3:33 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of South Broadway Avenue and East Third Street, according to reports. Cody Baines Johnson, 18, along with four juveniles, were cited for underage consumption.
Man arrested for terroristic threats
Police arrested Cody Lee Thayer for charges of terroristic threats after police were notified of a man reportedly pointing a gun at people on the 700 block of Madison Avenue at 7:10 p.m. Saturday, reports stated.
One transported after fight
One person was transported to the emergency room after a reported fight at 2:24 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of East Sixth Street and St. John Avenue, according to reports.
Window broken
A window was reported broken at 611 S. Highway 65 in Glenville at 2:40 a.m. Saturday, according to reports.
House broken into
A house at 85103 Prairiewood Drive was reported broken into at 3:07 a.m. Sunday, according to reports. Electronic items were reported missing.
