Helicopter crashes near Joice

JOICE, Iowa — A crop duster walked away with just some scratches this morning after the helicopter he was flying clipped a power line and went down west of Joice.
The accident, about three miles west of Joice on Worth County Road A38, was reported about 9:25 a.m.
The pilot, Joseph Sailer, 25, of Shakopee, refused medical attention from Lake Mills Ambulance personnel on the scene.
The helicopter landed in a tall corn field.
Power was out to the area for a while but was restored by Heartland Power.
