Marc Alan Nelson, 20, and Brad David Brua, 20, were cited for minor consumption at 2:45 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Freeborn County Road 13 and State highway 69, according to police reports. Another person was cited for minor consumption and taken home, reports state.

Two men harassing in front of Hy-Vee

Albert Lea police were called to Hy-Vee at 6:19 p.m. Friday with reports of three men harassing and threatening employees in front of the store, police reports state. Jeremy William Otto, 24, and Troy Waid Loeffler, 23, were trespassed from Hy-Vee for a year each, according to reports. Loeffler was arrested on a Mower County warrant, reports state. Both men were tested for alcohol use and were found to be on probation, according to reports.
