Bill Villarreal, sports/fitness director of the Albert Lea Family Y, recently attended the 2008 IDEA Fitness Fusion Conference held in Chicago. The training sessions that he attended were: Strength Training for Triathletes and Runners, Back In Action: Helping Clients with Back Pain, Off-Center Stability Ball Training, A Unique Look at Spinal Stability, Posture Analysis From Head to Toe, The Sports Training Revolution, JAMS: Joint Alignment and Muscle Sequencing, and Child Obesity: Treatment and Outreach.

Villarreal said this training will enhance his ability to further develop the Albert Lea Family Y&8217;s personal training, group exercise, and youth sports programs.
