Funeral services for Kenneth Robinson Sr., 75, of Albert Lea, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home. The Rev. Kent Otterman will officiate. Private burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service.

Kenneth died Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at Albert Lea Medical Center.

Kenneth Robinson Sr. was born on July 29, 1932, to Charles and Hellie (Mitchel) Robinson in Treavers. Kenneth attended Alden schools. He married Delores Ann Doyle on March 14, 1952, in Sioux Falls, S.D. Kenneth lived in Albert Lea for 45 years. He worked at Scotsman and Lou-Rich as a laborer and supervisor. Kenneth enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and going out for coffee as a couple to HyVee. His grandchildren and great-grandchildren were his pride and joy. He enjoyed being with his family and traveling as a couple with Delores.

Survivors include his wife, Delores; children Mike (Monica) Robinson of Wisconsin, Randy Robinson of Rockford, Lori (Bret) Muklebust of New Ulm, Ken Jr. (Leticia) Robinson of Waseca, and Dave Robinson and wife Kay

Drenth of Albert Lea; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and brothers, George and Charles; and sister, June.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; foster parents, Hilding (Laura) High; infant son, Danny; and mother- and father-in-law, Vernon and Mabel Doyle.
