Valerie Kay Killday, 45, was arrested for second-degree DWI and obstruction of the process at 5:27 a.m. today at the intersection of Freeborn County Road 30 and 240th Street, according to police reports. Her vehicle slid into the ditch, reports state, and offers found her to be intoxicated.

Daniel Keith Knudson, 24, was arrested for fourth-degree DWI at 12:44 a.m. today in Ellendale, police reports state. Knudson tested a .10 blood alcohol level.

According to police reports, three minors were cited for illegal consumption at 1:28 a.m. at the intersection West Clark Street and North First Avenue in Albert Lea.
