Good Samaritan teams up for home care services

Good Samaritan Society in Albert Lea and Good Samaritan Society ComforCare of Austin announce a joint venture for home care services.
The existing Good Samaritan Society Home Care located in Preston will maintain home care services in the greater Preston area while continuing to expand in Freeborn County and adding Mower County to the area of service.
Over the years, Good Samaritan Society Home Care has established high standards for services and performance. The staff consists of registered nurses, physical and occupational therapists along with home health care aides.
The Good Samaritan Society offers a wide range of services in the southeastern Minnesota area, from skilled care services, assisted living and senior housing.
Recently, Telehealth, an integral part of the way the organization delivers home care services to out clients, was added. Telehealth includes remote care and monitoring tools that enable home care staff members to improve care delivery, empower clients to actively participate in their care, improve the overall healthcare experience and with the client&8217;s permission, assist with communication to family and physicians.
Good Samaritan Society Home Care is Medicaid- and Medicare-certified.
It also accepts private insurance, private pay and has a VA contract.
