Terry Ronald Miller, 33, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. Thursday off State Highway 13 for fifth-degree possession of a small amount of a controlled substance and a warrant from Mower County, according to Freeborn County Sheriff&8217;s Office reports. He was held without bail.
