Police cited Travis James Hall, 22, and James Daniel Flatness, 23, for theft, possession of stolen property and motor-vehicle tampering after receiving a call at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday of suspicious people near 1309 Sheridan St. who were reportedly pulling hubcaps off of cars, according to reports. Flatness was also cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police cited Adam Steven Walk, 24, for aiding and abetting theft and possession of stolen property, reports stated.

Wallet, cash stolen

A wallet and some cash were reported taken out of a vehicle at 1803 Sheridan St. at 9:33 a.m. Wednesday, according to reports.
