Obama tour was a campaign rally

Nice to see the president campaigning in southern Minnesota. He talked a lot about reducing the deficit and how bad the Republicans are in Washington. If he wants to reduce the deficit, why is he charging the taxpayers for his campaign swing? Wouldn’t it be more appropriate for him to use some of his record fundraising money instead of taxpayer money?

Tim Walz did the same thing in his last re-election campaign. He mailed out three full-color glossy ads, six pages each, and called them voter information literature so they were produced and mailed at taxpayer expense. The same people claim they have cut out all waste in government and now need more taxes.
