Ethna &8220;Andy&8221; Earl Anderson Sr., age 72 of Manassas, Va., died Sunday, July 15, 2007, at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Falls Church, Virginia.

Mr. Anderson enjoyed spending time with his family, was an avid coin, stamp and train collector and

enjoyed playing guitar.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Linwood Waldon and Enid Nell Denman Anderson, and one brother, James Anderson.

Survivors include three children, Debbie Anderson of Nokesville, Va., Michelle Anderson Messich and husband John of Nokesville, Va. and Andy Anderson and wife Sandra of Austin; four sisters, Edith Roebuck of Chesapeake, Va., Selma Weeks of Rocky Mount, N.C., Eileen Anderson of Washington, D.C. and Shelby Ruddy

and husband Robert of Aiken, S.C.; nine grandchildren, Heather, Aaron and wife Sarah, Kim, Brittany, Kaylyn, Austin, Joshua, Jasmine and Jared and two great grandchildren, Isabelle and Colton.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, Va. Inurnment

will follow at Arlington National Cemetery Columbarium.
