House destroyed by fire

LONDON &8212; A house was destroyed by fire in London Township Saturday. No one was injured.
Freeborn County Sheriff&8217;s Office was called to the scene of the fire, 88327 140th St. The house and its contents, owned by Frank and Julie Soukup, were completely destroyed. The family was not home at the time of the fire.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
Other agencies at the scene were London, Myrtle, Glenville and Albert Lea township fire departments and Alliant Energy.
Two arrested for DWI, one minor consumption
Daniel Bryan Adams, 32, was arrested for DWI 2:25 a.m. Saturday in Hayward, according to Freeborn County Sheriff&8217;s Office reports.
Lenezo Pinado Demetio, 22, of Albert Lea, was arrested for second degree DWI, driving after revocation and an open container of alcohol 9:33 p.m. Sunday at Jefferson Avenue and West
Third Street, according to Albert Lea Police.
Amanda Kay Whiteaker, 18, of Minnesota Lake, was cited for minor consumption 6:08 p.m. Friday at an Edgewater boat landing, police reports stated.
