A recent Albert Lea Tribune article stated that low life Leo Kobinski received 15 years probation after pleading guilty of sexual abuse of a 5 year old. It is inconceivable that he is not in prison for a long time. The Millers in Austin received only one year in jail for chaining their 5-year-old to his crib, and they could possibly work on some plan to later obtain custody of the boy. That, too, is unbelievable! I also read where Linda Tuttle could receive a prison sentence or possibly a “supervised release and a fine.”

Maybe since she was once a county commissioner they should just name a county road after her too. These three crimes surely point out that if you commit a crime of any nature, make sure you do in Minnesota.
