Harriet Roorda – Van Zomeren, 87, of Pella, Iowa, passed away Tuesday morning, Jan. 31, 2006, at her son’s residence in Urbandale.

She is survived by her husband, Walter Van Zomeren; her son, Gordon Roorda of Urbandale, Iowa; and her daughter, Janet Nordos of Bloomington, Minn.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, Feb. 4, at 2 p.m., at Hollandale Cemetery, Hollandale, Minn. Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. at the Hollandale Reformed Church, one hour prior to the graveside service.
