Wilma Richardson, 66, of Northwood

Wilma &8220;Willy&8221; Anne Mollenhauer Richardson, 66, of 901 9th Ave. No., Northwood, Iowa died Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2005, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, at the Silver Lake Lutheran Church, rural Northwood, with the Rev. Kevin Mackey officiating. Interment will be in Silver Lake Lutheran Church Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service on Saturday at the church.

Wilma was born June 3, 1939, in Owatonna, the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Anne (Warzinski) Mollenhauer. She graduated from Owatonna High School in 1957.
Wilma worked for Bell telephone after high school then worked various jobs in the food industry in southern Minnesota where she raised her family. She later owned and operated the Emmons Tavern.
She married Tom Richardson Sept. 3, 1988. They lived in South East Iowa where they owned and operated a fence company and traveled Midwest installing fences. They moved to Northwood in 2003 to be closer to their family.
Wilma enjoyed arts, crafts, sewing, crocheting, making quilts and especially sharing them with her friends and family. She also enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, cross word puzzles, playing Nintendo and fishing with her family. She won the blue ribbon at the Worth County Fair in 2005 in the crafts division.
The family greatly appreciates all the loving care and companionship that was given to her at the Lutheran Retirement Home in Northwood, they were her angels.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Tom Richardson, Northwood; three sons David Wendt, Faribault; Paul Allison and his wife Mary, Blooming Prairie, and Steven Allison, Northwood, and a daughter Cindy Matecjeck and her husband Randy, Pequot Lakes, Minn.; nine grandchildren Sara Nesset, Cody Nesset, Tyler Allison, Emily Allison, Bridgette Garcia, Amelia Wendt, Greydon Wendt, Brooke Allison and Megan Allison; one great grandson Brendon Wilcox; brother Robert Mollenhauer, Owatonna, and a sister Mary Smith, Waseca.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law Ron Smith.
