Led by a solid serving attack and a good hitting night at the net the United South Central Rebels downed Austin in three games 25-20, 26-24, 25-19.

The Rebels served at a 92 percent clip on the night with 10 aces.

Three USC players had a perfect serving night and three others missed just one attempt.

Kirsten Thisius and Erin Yokiel led the attack with six kills apiece, while Bobbie Jo Neubauer had three kills and eight blocks.

Tonya Madson added eight digs and Coryn Stevermer dished out 11 assists.

The Rebels improved their overall record to 2-2 on the season with the win.
