Usually, teams have seven players each. The field measures 40 feet wide and 75 feet long with two 25-foot end zones.
It’s like football in the sense of teams defending end zones, and while there are acrobatic catches, there aren’t hits.
The disc can be advanced only by throwing and catching the disc. Players with the disc can’t run but others can, and dropping the disc results in the other team getting possession. Also, players only get 10 seconds to throw.
Scores are worth a single point; most games are played to 15 points. After scoring, a kickoff-like pull restarts play.
