Stella Elaine (Wikoren) Jensen passed away Thursday, June 3, 2004, in Abilene, Texas, at a local hospital.

Stella was born Aug. 11, 1934, to Julius and Bertha Wikoren in Joice, Iowa.

She married Jerald Warren Jensen on March 27, 1953. To this union nine children were born.

Those grateful for sharing her life are her loving husband, Jerry Jensen; her eight children: Cynthia, Cheryl and Thomas, all of Abilene, Texas, Steven of Snellville, Ga., Teresa (T.K.) and Sara Wilson of Austin Texas, Pamela (Michael) Bieniek of Marengo, Ill., Tammy (Bryan) Meandor of Wheeling, Ill.; and Sheila of Lawrenceville, Ga.; 10 grandchildren and two foster grandchildren; one brother, Goward Wikoren of LaPorte, Ind.; six sisters: Esther Peterson, Jelaine Nesset, Mavis (Don) Horning, all of Albert Lea, Betty (Duane) Erickson of Cypress, Calif., Alice (Jim) Anderson of New Ulm, and Delores (Dick) Matson of Plato, Mo.; brothers-in-law: Melvin Hanson of Albert Lea, Dean (Beverly) Jensen of Burnsville, Minn., and Spencer Anonson of Joice, Iowa; sisters-in-law: Wanda Bredeson of Forest City, Iowa, and Iola (Ray) Sunie of Hamilton, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kimberly; sister, Ruby Hanson; brother, James Wikoren; two sisters in infancy; brothers-in-law: Arthur Nesset, Wayne Jensen, Junior Jensen, Cecil Jensen, and Don Bredeson; and sisters-in-law: LeDean Wikoren, Marian Anonson and Mavis Jensen.
