Two area players academic all-state

NEW RICHLAND &045; Two members of the New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva boys’ basketball team have been named to the 2003-04 Minnesota Basketball Coaches Association Academic All-State Team for Class A and AA.
Zak Tracy, a three-year starter, was named to the team after a senior season in which he averaged 12 points and three assists per game.
Jacey Reese, also a senior, was selected to the team after averaging 12 points and five rebounds per game this past season.
Both players have a grade point average above 3.9.
&uot;This is an outstanding accomplishment for both players,&uot; said NRHEG coach Matt Eppen.
