Alliedell A. Clark, 58, Kensett, Iowa

Memorial services for Alliedell Clark will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2004, at the Bethany Lutheran Church, Kensett, Iowa. The Rev. Allan Stoa will officiate. Interment will be in the State Line Cemetery. Friends may greet the family from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 6, at the Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.

Allie died on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2004, at the Muse Norris Hospice in Mason City, Iowa.

Alliedell Alice Clark was born on July 14, 1946, in Albert Lea, the daughter of Raymond and Berdie (Youmans) Smith. She grew up in the Glenville area and graduated from Glenville High School in 1964. On July 10, 1969, Allie was united in marriage to Jerry Clark in Canton, S.D. Allie and Jerry moved from rural Glenville to Kensett in 2001. She worked several different jobs throughout her life, including selling airline tickets while her husband was stationed in Germany, data entry for Young America, and as a shipping clerk for JenSales in Manchester. Allie was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Kensett, and of the Kensett Women’s Club. She had served on the board of the Kensett Museum and the Kensett Housing Board.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry of Kensett; her children: Annette and her husband Charles Fairchild of Waynesville, Mo., and Curt and his wife Lisa Clark of Albert Lea; grandchildren: Amanda and her husband Matt Natur of Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo., Jonathon Clark of Albert Lea, and Chuckie and Zach Fairchild, both of Waynesville; great-grandson, Curtis Natur of Ft. Leonard Wood; and several cousins.

Allie was preceded in death by her parents and her grandparents.
