The Albert Lea High School class of 1943 celebrated its 68th reunion on Saturday, Oct. 15, at noon at the Albert Lea Moose Club.

Virginia Hermanson read a list of the class mates who had passed away since 2009. The class has lost 125 classmates.

Tom Reed traveled from North Platte, Neb., to attend the reunion.

Virginia provided the table decorations and the dessert. She read letters from Jean Thompson, Tony Hansen, Pauline and Clayton Slater who were unable to attend.

The 69th class reunion is planned for October 2012.
