Tomorrow is the big day! I will depart Minneapolis at 1 p.m. and probably write another blog post when I arrive in Washington, D.C.! From there it’s a long plane ride right to Kuwait City.

I can’t wait to start describing what sights I’m seeing and how the whole experience plays out.

I just finished writing a feature for the Sunday paper, and I’m excited to have people learn more about a local military family. That means on Monday I’ll start having stories and photos direct from Kuwait!
