Mansfield 4-H

The Mansfield 4-H Club met on March 6. President Joel Faugstad called the meeting to order. Secretary Mariah Fossum took roll call and gave the secretary’s report. Paul Boettcher gave the treasurer’s report.

The club discussed upcoming events and project add/drop. Paul Boettcher gave a project talk.

Members practiced their skit for Share-the-Fun. The skit was the state fair winner.

The next meeting will be held in April.

Eagles Auxiliary

The Eagles Auxiliary met March 15 with Shirley Johnson presiding.  Nancy King asked for the auxiliary’s support for district and state office.  Lue Miller will be serving the senior citizens bowling dinner April 26 at the club.

Virginia Sorenson, historian, received gift certificates from the auxiliary and Past Presidents club. The charter was draped in memory of Ramona Valido and Dorothy Waltz.

The door prize was won by Nancy King. The district meeting was to be held March 21 at the Legion with initiation. The next meeting will be April 5.
