Did boy attack his mother?

A 15-year-old Emmons boy reportedly attacked his mother, left the house and walked toward Lake Mills at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. He stayed somewhere else for the night and charges will be forwarded for domestic assault.

Man arrested on warrants

Richard Anthony Sandlin, 44, was arrested on Scott County warrants for terroristic threats and domestic assault at Love’s Truck Stop at about 10 p.m. Tuesday. Police had tracked him from Owatonna and pinged his cell phone in Albert Lea.
