Man dies in rollover on Interstate 90

A man died Sunday when a car rolled over a mile east of the Frost exit on Interstate 90.
Thomas R. Blum, 61, of West St. Paul died when the 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix he was driving left the roadway. The Minnesota State Patrol places the time at 3:41 a.m. Sunday.
Joseph M. Blum, 29, of West St. Paul, was his passenger. He sustained an injury that was not life-threatening, according to the State Patrol.
The State Patrol report says Blum lost control on dry pavement and rolled several times into the median.
Responding were the Frost Ambulance, Frost Fire and Rescue, Blue Earth Ambulance and Blue Earth Fire and Rescue.
The Frost exit is at milepost 128.
