1991 — Several crews were replacing utility poles in the area that were taken down during the ice storm on Halloween night.

1981 — Albert Lea’s Christ Episcopal Church dedicated a new Moller pipe organ.

1971 — First District Rep. Albert Quie was the speaker at the dedication of Albert Lea Trades and Labor Senior Court. President Harvey Paulson of the Albert Lea Trades and Labor Assembly was the master of ceremonies.
