The Albert Lea Fire Department responded to a report of a small fire on the fourth floor of Shady Oaks, 800 S. Fourth Ave., at 8:50 p.m. Tuesday. According to reports, a towel reportedly caught fire on a stove. No one was injured.

 

Wheels, tires stolen

Wheels and tires were reported stolen from 1665 Hammer Road at 2 p.m. Tuesday, according to reports.

 

Eggs thrown on cars

Eggs were reported thrown on a couple cars at Broadway Automotive, 803 S. Broadway Ave. at 3:38 p.m. Tuesday, according to reports.

 

Fight reported at Southwest

One Southwest Middle School student faces a misdemeanor charge of fifth-degree assault after a reported fight at the school at 9:16 a.m. Tuesday, according to reports. No other information was available.
